For this new construction project, the goal was to transform a crisp, modern duplex into a warm and inviting sanctuary. We curated every detail from the ground up, beginning with a cohesive, warm neutral palette that flows seamlessly throughout the home. Our full-service design included the sourcing of all furniture and decor, selecting statement lighting that doubles as art, and layering in rich wood tones, organic textures, and wallpapers to add depth. The result is a sophisticated balance of clean architectural lines and refined comfort, proving that 'new' can still feel deeply personal.
