We will provide suggestions for all hard finishes, cabinetry, flooring, fixtures, furniture, lighting and more.
Please note:
We may suggest layout changes to better utilize the space. If any layout changes are offered, It is the client’s responsibility to make sure all changes are confirmed and verify on site by a local licensed contractor or engineer.

TERMS OF SERVICE:
* All E-design services are non-refundable.
* All E-design packages include one round of revisions. If additional revisions are required, time will be billed at the rate of $120 an hour.
* Product sourcing is limited to the USA only
* The client agrees that all correspondence will occur through online communication except when otherwise scheduled.
*E-design product deliverables will be sent to the client within 21 business days of the project start date for review.
* E-Design is a virtual design service only. Recommendations made are purely suggestion. If construction is planned, you are advised to consult and separately contract with a licensed contractor.
* Interiors by Mika will not be responsible for the means, methods or procedures of construction, fabrication, delivery & installation, or safety precautions in connection with the E-Design project; for the acts or omissions of the contractor or any, subcontractor, supplier or other person performing the work on the E- Design project; or, for any failure of them to meet any schedules or completion dates.
* Interiors by Mika cannot be held responsible for arranging repairs, replacement or freight claims for purchases made in conjunction with recommendations for the E-Design project.
