Our E-Design service is a simple and affordable virtual design alternative to the traditional full-service interior design that is all done online. This is a great option for clients who are seeking a professional design touch for their space and are able to implement the design on their own. All communication is done by phone or E-mail and provide a step by step plan for creating a professional designed space that perfectly meets your individual style, space, and budget.
At Interiors by Mika we make it easy by offering E-design packages that include everything you will need in order to design your space . Each package will have a flat fee per room which varies depending on size and service required.
Our E-Design process includes the following steps:
1. Select the design package that best suits your needs.
2. Once you have selected your package and payment has been received, we will email you a client questionnaire that will help us better understand your needs, design style and goals.
3. We will send you our “How to measure” guide and will ask you to e-mail us photos of the space along with a sketch of your floor plan with measurement. We will also ask for inspiration photos or an invite to your pinterest boards. Also, don’t forget to send us a list of any existing furniture that stays, along with its measurements and photos.
4. Within 21 business days after we gathered all necessary information, we will send you a preliminary design concept, including mood board, furniture layout and 3D sketches.
5. After viewing the design, you can send us any feedback you may have and we will provide you with one revision.
6. Once the concept is approved by you, we will send you a final shopping list with any additional information and design notes required to implement the design on your own.
